At RBS he originated, underwrote and restructured over £3bn of complex exposures through the Global Financial Crisis (airports, logistics, offices and strategic land), building deep expertise in situations where conventional approaches fail. Alongside Quantum, Richard is a partner at Westcore, the industrial investment manager, and is developing listed and index-linked products giving institutions access to critical real assets.

He brings extensive experience in originating and structuring major development opportunities, navigating government and institutional stakeholders, and translating strategic requirements into commercially deliverable projects.

Chartered surveyor with 30+ years in strategic land, masterplanning and complex development, including airports and aviation assets. Formerly Head of Commercial Development at West Register Property (RBS), a £575m+ portfolio.

25 years in London real estate, including Chief Operating Officer of Get Living and 12 years at Landsec, where she led a £6bn retail, leisure and hotels portfolio and grew it into the UK's largest outlet owner and operator. Former President of Revo.

Former CEO of Stobart Aviation (London Southend and Carlisle Lake District airports) and Managing Director of London Luton and Bournemouth airports, growing passengers, revenue and profitability at each. Reopened Carlisle to scheduled services and supported Teesside International's transition to public ownership.

Over 18 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management across France and Switzerland, including 14 years at Arizona Asset Management managing portfolios exceeding €500m. Former Managing Director of its Swiss subsidiary, with extensive expertise in acquisitions, asset repositioning and development. Also managed a €700m portfolio at Westcore Europe.
